What do you do for self care?

It’s not all about pedicures and massages. 

It’s about intentionally using your time to take care of yourself. 

No matter what your mom guilt tells you, it isn’t selfish to take care of yourself. 

Are you guilty of feeling bad for taking care of yourself? 

I think it’s a teacher trait to put everyone else ahead of YOU. 

But it’s time.
